My name is Torrian and I am an Educator, Instructional Designer, and eLearning Developer with experience in education, non-profit, and technology industries. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner... I love random knowledge and learning new things! I also enjoy collecting sneakers, binge watching animated movies, dad jokes, and creating content!

As an instructional designer...

I am skilled with working with a variety of learner profiles such as K-12 students, college students, adult learners, and learners who are novice to technology. My personal goal is always ensure eLearning solutions are accessible to ALL learners.

To create the best learning solution for a project, we will follow a five step journey that allows me to capture the needs of all stakeholders. That process will look like:

1. Analysis

3. Development

4. Implementation

5. Evaluation

Upon completion of a course or digital project launch, we will measure success data collected through both formative and summative assessments, course feedback, and other key performance indicators. Finally, we will determine best solutions for on going practice and professional development!
